OUTFIT OF THE DAY: PREPPY CASUAL

Hey everyone! So sorry that I haven't done a post in what seems like months, I've just been so busy with school unfortunately starting again and all those beginning of the year project that we all know and love (kidding of course (; ) that I just haven't had time to do much of anything! But I figured now that it's a long weekend (yippee!) I should do some catching-up posts! So here's an outfit of the day for ya! And you'll probably be seeing quite a few of these since I have to come up with something every day at 5 in the morning for school :| And I wanted to let you know that I just placed an order from Sephora and so a Haul is coming in the near future(: Anyways, enough of my "rambliness", on to the outfit:

OOTD: PREPPY CASUAL

SHIRT: For the top, I am wearing just a plain white v-neck short-sleeved shirt from Target and then on top of that, a Abercrombie & Fitch blue and white striped shirt (that I actually got at Plato's Closet for soo much cheaper than I would've normally paid for it!) and I just tucked it in and rolled up the sleeves. (If you've never been there, definitely give it a try!)

BOTTOM: As for the bottoms, I am wearing some navy blue shorts from Target as well and a skinny leather braided belt from Forever 21.

SHOES: As for shoes, I just wore some navy blue Abercrombie Flip Flops, which by the way, I have had these flip flops for years and they are virtually indestructable! And believe me, they've been through a lot ;D

HAIR: I just loosely curled my hair with my Conair Curling Wand and finished with some Tresemme Hairspray! (Click here for a review on the wand!)

OUTFIT OF THE DAY: SUMMER DENIM

SHIRT: For the top, I am wearing a abstract-floral type sports bra underneath. And on top of that I am wearing a medium blue half-button up shirt from Target. I tucked it in because it's SUPER long (;

SHORTS: As for the bottom, I am wearing my "destroyed" jean shorts in Dark Wash from Forever 21 and a light skinny braided leather belt also from Forever 21.

OUTFIT OF THE DAY: FUN BEACHY CASUAL

Hey everyone! I'm truly sorry that it's been so long since I've done a post, but honestly, I was just really busy with work and such! But now, things are calming down and so I'll be back on my regular posting schedule(: I've recently been loving shirts like the Hollister-type shirts...you'll see below ;D Anyways, I came up with this outfit and for some reason it reminds me of the beach if you were to wear a swimsuit under it..Anywayys, on to the outfit:

OUTFIT OF THE DAY: FUN BEACHY CASUAL

SHIRT: On the top, I'm wearing a light blue casual shirt with rolled up sleeves that I'm not sure of the brand...and also a long gold necklace with a feather, heart, and shell charm from Forever 21.


BOTTOM: As for the pants, I am wearing peach-colored canvas shorts from the brand Mossimo from Target(: And sorry they're so wrinkly, I've been wearing them all day ;D And also a skinny braided leather belt from Forever 21.

OUTFIT OF THE DAY: GOING TO RETAIL THERAPY!

Hey everyone! I just went to Nordstrom yesterday and wore this outfit! I've been really into sweater vests lately, if that's what you want to call them ;D So I figured that I would do an Outfit of the Day! Let's get on with it:

OUTFIT OF THE DAY: NORDSTROM BOUND!

TOP: For the top, I wore a plain white cami from the brand So at Kohls I believe? And on top of that I'm wearing a buttoned purple-gray knit sweater vest from American Eagle. And I'm just wearing my Mossimo Aviator Sunglasses from Target.


BOTTOM: As for the bottom, I am wearing my Dark Wash "Destroyed" Jean Shorts from Forever 21. I am also wearing a skinny braided leather belt from Forever 21 also. 

SHOES: As for shoes, I wore my tan leather sandals from Forever 21(: (A picture of them is below).

OUTFIT & LOOK OF THE DAY: FROM A DAY ON THE BEACH TO A SHORESIDE CAFE

Hey everyone! Recently I've been really stoked about going to the beach in about a month and I was feeling like dressing in a sort of "California Day-Around-Town" look, if you know what I mean (; So this is going to be an outfit AND look of the day fit for a day at the beach and a California night on the town! Pretty cool right, it's like two in one! ;D Anyways, on to the makeup:

THE MAKEUP:

For the makeup, I wanted to keep it bright and simple enough to wear to the beach, but enough to wear to a shoreside restaurant or cafe(:

STEP 1: First off, I just used my finger and applied my Benefit Cream Creaseless Shadow in R.S.V.P all over the lid and up to a little above the crease.

STEP 2: I then took a flat shader brush and applied Urban Decay's Eyeshadow in Sin from the Naked Palette all over my lid and up to a little above the crease.

STEP 3: I then took the same brush and applied Urban Decay's Eyeshadow in Sidecar from the Naked Palette on the outer third of my lid for some depth.

STEP 4: I then took a fluffy crease brush and applied Urban Decay's Eyeshadow in Naked from the Naked Palette into my crease and just a little above to add some dimension.

STEP 5: I then took a big, fluffy shader brush and highlighted my brow bone with Urban Decay's Eyeshadow in Virgin from the Naked Palette.

STEP 6: I then applied my Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Whiskey on my upper lashline starting thick at the outer and going thinner towards the middle.

STEP 7: Lastly, as always, I curled my lashes and applied my Revlon Grow Luscious Plumping Waterproof Mascara in Blackest Black on my upper lashes and Maybelline Great Lash in Blackest Black on the lower lashes.  PART 2: THE OUTFIT

AT  THE SHORESIDE CAFE

SHIRT: As for the shirt, I'm just wearing a white cami from Kohls underneath a light sweater-type button-down cream vest. 

SHORTS: As for the shorts, I am wearing white Mossimo shorts from Target and a skinny braided belt from Forever 21.

SHOES: As for the shoes, I would wear a more dressy sandal such as these gold strap sandals from the Beach Club.

A DAY AT THE BEACH

If you're going to the beach after or before the shoreside cafe, just add some sunglasses such as these Aviator ones from Mossimo from Target and a swimsuit underneath and you're ready for some sun and sand(:

As for the shoes, I would wear just some flip flops to the beach or some more casual sandals such as these ones from Forever 21(:

As for accessories, I'm just wearing a silver charm bracelet from Disneyland and a leather bracelet from a recent camping trip(:

OUTFIT OF THE DAY: SHOPPIN' TIME!

Hello everyone! It is so stormy and overcast outside so unfortunately, I'm going to have to wait to get good lighting to take pictures for my Target Haul and my Golden Azure Look that I'm going to post.. I might be able to take pics later, it's supposed to get more sunny, lets cross our fingers! :D Anyways, on to the outfit!

OUTFIT OF THE DAY: SHOPPIN' TIME

SHIRT: For the shirt, I am just wearing a white, v-neck short-sleeve shirt that actually has a little pocket on the right side, my hair's covering it (Sorry ;D). It is from the brand Mossimo from Target.  

SHORTS: For the shorts, and yes, they are shorts ;D, I am wearing navy blue high-waisted shorts with a cream and light grey floral print on them. I'm not actually sure where I got these from but the brand is the Karavan Trading Company. I'm also wearing a skinny braided leather belt from Forever 21.


SHOES: As for the shoes, I wanted to keep it simple so that the shorts got the main attention of the outfit(; So I am wearing navy blue Abercrombie Rubber Flip Flops. By the way, these things are indestructible, I've had them FOREVER ;D
